BLD Helical Piles
At BLD we don’t like concrete. We use TWIST Helical piles to provide a cost effective alternative to concrete foundations that can be DONE in a day. We install the base for everything from decks and fences, to tiny and manufactured homes. We’re certified and supported by the engineers at TWIST to meet the foundational needs of your project. We do some skid steer work too.

THE DRIVE
We use the compact, high torque SA8-B anchor drive from Dinamic Oil. It turns Bobcat hydraulic power into deep earth stability.
HELICAL PILES
Our Helical Piles are custom made to CCMC standards. Let the engineers decide how big and how many. Let us put them in the ground.

We use the AllTorque HD wireless torque hub. It maps precise location, depth, and torque of every helical pile. Then prepares a comprehensive report for your job so you know your foundation is solid.
